In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our Dental practice.

MCR also follows COVID-19 CDC Guidelines and ADA recommendations and makes every effort to create and maintain an environment that is safe for our team and patients.

Sign-On Bonus: $500-$1000**amount of sign-on will be based on previous Dental Assistant experience and will be decided PRIOR to a potential offer being made.

As part of this role you will:

Screen and evaluate patients for treatment per EFDA
Complete oral radiography and laboratory procedures
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments
Provide preventative dental education to our patients
Assist the Dentist with all dental procedures

Work Location: Bradenton

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. $500 sign-on bonus

What you need to bring to this role:

GED or High School Diploma required
Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification required
Radiology certification required
1+ years' experience as a dental assistant preferred
Ability to connect with patients and help them feel at ease
Take pride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients & visitors
A positive can-do attitude (grumpy people need not apply)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Experience with Dentrix a plus
